I used EZ rent a car for my first trip to Miami, I was pretty nervous because I didn't know anything about the area, but the employees working at the rental station for MIA were amazing. Getting in contact with them for the shuttle information was easy and they were super nice. When I arrived at the station which was only about a four minute ride away, the people at the front desk were very polite, gave me great directions on how to get to the freeway and even looked up the directions to my end destination for me. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use their services for my next trip! Jamie
