After you have registered in the E-Z Money (basic) or E-Z Money Premier level of membership, you will automatically begin to receive the following benefits for all new reservations.

After you have made your first rental, you will begin earning E-Z Money points that can be used to redeem credits on future rentals.

How do I retrieve a forgotten password?

Your login name is your email address. If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it here.

What is an E-Z Money tracking page?
|
The E-Z Money tracking page is used by E-Z Money members to track and monitor (future) pending reservations,
(past) closed contracts, and (current) E-Z Money points. The E-Z Money tracking page is complimentary with your
free enrollment into the E-Z Money (basic) program and E-Z Money Premier programs. Members can make new reservations, edit or cancel existing reservations, and redeem E-Z Money points from their E-Z Money tracking page.
E-Z Money members can also store their customer information though the E-Z Money tracking page. This will help to
speed up the reservation process, because E-Z Money members will not need to resubmit this information each time
they make a reservation.

How do I login or get to my E-Z Money tracking page?

Login to your E-Z Money tracking page on the E-Z Money Information page.
- The E-Z Money Information page can be found from any page on http://www.ezrac.com.
- Click the "members login here" link near the upper right corner of your screen.
- Complete the login form by entering the email address that is registered to your E-Z Money membership and your password.
- Click on the "Log In" button.
- Once you have logged in to your tracking page, you may always return to your E-Z Money tracking page by clicking on your name in the upper right corner of your screen.
- Closing your browser or leaving the E-Z Rent-A-Car web site will automatically log you out of the E-Z Money program.

How do I make a reservation using my E-Z Money membership?
|
- Login to your E-Z Money Tracking page.
- Click on the "Make a Reservation" button on the left side of your screen.
- On the "Search" page:
- Select the Rent From and Return To Location(s).
- Choose the Pick-Up Month, Day, and Time.
- Choose the Drop-Off Month, Day, and Time.
- Enter a Coupon Code (you can get see available coupons during the reservation process if you don't have one).
- Choose Renter's Age (if not over 25).
- Click the "Search" button.
- On the "Select" page:
- Verify that all locations, dates, and times are correct at the top of the page.
- Only click "SEARCH AGAIN" to change any information.
- Review all of the Car Class Options.
- Check for Coupons.
- If you did not enter a coupon code on the "Search" page, click "(X) Coupons Available" to view any applicable coupons.
- Click an eligible coupon to apply it to your rate search.
- Click the "Reserve this Car" button for the car class you will reserve.
- On the "Extras" page:
- Review and add any available coverage or equipment that you would like for your rental.
- As an E-Z Money member, your coverage options will automatically be filled in for you have pre-arranged these options in your Customer Info and are logged into your membership.
- Check to verify all information is correct.
- Uncheck chosen options to change for this single reservation.
- Click the "Continue Reservation" button.
- On the "Reserve" Page:
- Review your Est. Total price on the left side of the screen.
- Click on the "Rates," "Taxes," and the "Fees and Extras" to see an itemized list of these charges.
- All Non-Optional Taxes, Fees, and Daily Extras will displyed in this section along with any optional charges you may have selected on the "Extras" page.
- Click the "Confirm Now" button.

On the "Confirm" page:
- The next page is your confirmation page.
- Make one final check that your reservation information is correct.
- It is recommended that you print this page and bring it with you to the rental counter.
- To print the confirmation page, click the "Print" link in the "Helpful Links" section (only works if you have Javascript enabled on your Internet browser).

After you have printed the page, click the "Return to My E-Z Money" link in the "Helpful Links" section.
Please note that once you leave the confirmation page, you will not be able to go back to it.

When you return to your E-Z Money tracking page, you will see that your new reservation
is listed in the "Pending Reservations" list.
- The confirmation number is a link that will allow you to View/Edit/Cancel a reservation.

How do I View/Edit/Cancel a reservation from my E-Z Money tracking page?
|
- Login to your E-Z Money tracking page.

Under the "Pending Reservation" list, click on the confirmation number for the reservation you would like to View/Edit/Cancel.
- Choose from the five options to edit various portions of your E-Z Money eligible reservation. There are two options on the left side of the screen for your Customer Information and three options on the right for your Reservation. As an E-Z Money member, you are able to control your Customer Information through your E-Z Money Tracking page. If you E-Z Money Customer Info is up to date, you will not need to use the "Edit Customer Information" or "Complete Profile" options on the View/Edit/Cancel Reservation page. We will briefly discuss these options in the following. Additional Information can be found from the View/Edit/Cancel Reservation page.
- Right Side: Customer Information Options

Click the "Edit Customer Information" button to change your phone number, address, etc. (Please note that this will only change your information for this reservation. To change your customer information permanently, please click the "Edit Your Customer Info" link on the left-hand side of your E-Z Money tracking page.)

Click the "Complete Profile" button to provide a complete customer profile including drive license, alternateive phone number, etc. Having a complete profile will allow for speedier service at the rental counter.
- Left Side: Reservation Options

Click the "Edit Rental Times" button to only change the pick up or return times of the rental reservation.

Click the "Edit Reservation" button to change vehicle class, locations, or dates.

Your rental rate may change if you change the vehicle class, pick up location, drop off location, or the dates. The new rate will be the currently published rate.

Editing a reservation is very similar to making a new reservation; you will receive a new confirmation number.

If you have redeemed an E-Z Money Credit, your E-Z Money Credit will transfer to the new confirmation number if the reservation is made at a participating E-Z Money location.

If you used a coupon, the coupon will not automatically transfer. You will need to choose a valid coupon for the new reservation to receive a discount.

Click the "Cancel Reservation" button to cancel your reservation.
- On the next screen, click the "Yes" Button to cancel your reservation.
- On the next screen, click the "Return to E-Z Money" link to return to your E-Z Money tracking page.

8.
How do I earn E-Z Money points?
|
There are three steps to earning E-Z Money points. Alert: E-Z Money points can only be earned at the locations found in the "Preferred Location" option in the "Edit Your Customer Info" link under the "Tools and Information" heading on the left side of your E-Z Money Tracking page.
- Make a reservation from your E-Z Money tracking page.
- Pick up and return the vehicle at E-Z Rent-A-Car.
- After the vehicle has been returned to E-Z Rent-A-Car, E-Z Money points will post to your E-Z Money tracking page within seven days.

How long does it take for my E-Z Money points to post to my tracking page?

It may take up to seven days after the rental vehicle has been returned to E-Z Rent-A-Car for your E-Z Money
points to post to your tracking page.

How do I use my E-Z Money points to redeem an E-Z Money Credit?

To use your E-Z Money points:
- Login to your E-Z Money tracking page.
- Select your E-Z Money Credit from the drop down menu near the bottom of your E-Z Money tracking page.
- Click the "Use E-Z Money on New Reservation" button next to the drop down menu.

The next screen will prompt you to confirm that you would like to use your E-Z Money points. Click the "Yes"
button to use your points. Click the "Cancel" button if you do not wish to use your E-Z Money points.
- Continue to make a reservation as usual.

Your E-Z Money points will be deducted from your E-Z Money tracking page when confirm the reservation with
E-Z Rent-A-Car and receive a confirmation number for your reservation.

If I redeem my E-Z Money points for an E-Z Money credit to make a reservation, can I get those points back if I cancel the reservation?

Yes. Cancel the reservation using your E-Z Money tracking page, and your E-Z Money points will automatically be added back to your E-Z Money points balance.

What is the difference between E-Z Money points and E-Z Money credits?

|
E-Z Money credits are the dollar amount that can be used on your next rental. E-Z Money points determine
whether you are eligible for E-Z Money credits.

Customer Information is both Renter Information and your Rental & Account Preferences that can be stored on your E-Z Money tracking page to help speed up your reservation process at ezrac.com as well as the rental time once you arrive at the E-Z Rent-A-Car location.

Storing your customer information will save you time during both the reservation process and the rental process. During the reservation process, you will save time because you will not have to enter/type your customer information every time you make a reservation. During the rental process, you will save time at the rental counter because the E-Z Rent-A-Car rental agent will not have to enter your customer information into the rental agreement because it will already be in the system from the reservation.

Are there Black Out periods for when I can use my E-Z Money points to redeem for E-Z Money credits?
