A Closer Look at the E-Z Rent-A-Car Website (Part 3)

The E-Z Rent-A-Car website has undergone many changes in the past few months, with a completely new look and features. This is part 3 of 5 looking closer at these updates and features.
In order to satisy our customer's need to get faster processing at the rental counter, we have launched a utility to update the customer profile before arriving. Once a customer has completed a reservation on the EZ Car Rental website, he/she can complete an extended customer profile. That information is securely passed to the EZ Rental Car Point of Sale system. Now, the EZ Rent A Car rental agents have more of the required profile information already in the rental system when the customer arrives to pick up his/her vehicle. Some simple verifications of the information is all that is needed at that point.
