Yes you can. When you arrive at the rental counter make sure you bring your military ID, travel orders/authorization
and a cash deposit in the sum of the estimated rental amount. If you are not sure of your estimated rental amount, you can look it up
on our Reservation View/Edit page.
I am a Government contractor. Can I receive the Government rates?
Yes, E-Z Rent-A-Car offers our rate program to Government contractors on official Government business. Make a
reservation today!
I am a Federal employee going on vacation, can I rent using my Government ID code?
E-Z Rent-A-Car offers our Government rates to Federal employees traveling for leisure. However,
Government benefits such as inclusive CDW and liability coverage will not apply. To decline these coverages at the
rental counter, please provide proof our your full coverage insurance.
I found a rate special on your website and reserved a vehicle at this special rate, how does this affect my rental?
To receive the additional benefits under the E-Z Rent-A-Car Government rental program, such as inclusive
CDW and liability coverage, the Government rate code must be applied. Reserving a vehicle any other way will result in a forfeit of all
additional Government benefits. Make certain when reserving under travel orders or a travel authorization that the Government rate code
is applied. Make your Government reservation today!
I did not have time to make a reservation before traveling, how do I ensure that I receive all the Government benefits if applicable?
By presenting one of qualifying documents; Government Credit Card, Travel Orders, or Travel Authorization, your status as a Government renter
is already authorized. Please inform the customer service representative that you are on official travel at any of our locations.
My department utilizes a travel agency for all travel arrangements, how can they find E-Z Rent-A-Car?
E-Z Rent-A-Car is accessible from leading GDS systems, such as Sabre, WorldSpan and Galileo. Request that your travel
agent make your reservation with E-Z Rent-A-Car.
I want to upgrade at the rental counter, but rental charges are billed to my department directly, can I do this?
Once you see the E-Z Rent-A-Car selection of convertibles, SUVs, and luxury vehicles, we are sure
that you will want to do this often; simply ask for your options upon arrival at the rental counter.
I am a Federal employee going on vacation, can I rent using my Government ID code?
E-Z Rent-A-Car offers a discounted rate for Federal employees traveling for leisure. Use Rate code GOV2 when booking to receive your discount.
