It is vital that E-Z Rent-A-Car be able to contact you concerning your rental (before, during and/or after) and therefore obtaining a secondary phone number is a required step in our rental process.
Hotel / Local Residence
If additional services or contact attempts are required while you have the rental vehicle in your possession, your whereabouts while you have the vehicle are vital. If you are not staying at a hotel, you can provide a small description of your location, such as; Relative's House or Friend's House.
Employer
If other attempts to contact you after your rental are not successful, then having your employer's name is a helpful tool. Please provide the name of your employer in this field.
Why Would We Need to Contact You after the Rental?
There are many reasons why we may need to contact you after the rental is closed. One of those reasons may be if you leave an item in the vehicle and it is recovered, we want to make sure that we can contact you and return it.
