(X) Car Info
Reserving the XCAR guarantees that you will receive at least a Midsize vehicle or Larger. This includes a Midsize car, Fullsize car, Minivan or SUV. If you do you not have specific needs for a car class, try reserving the XCAR and you will save on your rental with discounted rates!
The renter is NOT offered a choice of vehicle within the applicable vehicle classes. The vehicle is assigned to the renter based on the vehicle class for which there is the most availability and/or the least demand for that day. If the renter does not wish to rent the assigned vehicle class, an optional upgrade charge may be applied to switch to different rental vehicle class based on availability.
A specific vehicle or vehicle class will not and can not be guaranteed prior to arrival at the rental counter. If you have multiple passengers for whom you will require a specific vehicle such as a Mini Van or SUV, do not book the (X) Car.
