EZ Money Frequently Asked Questions

First, the E-Z Money program rewards customers with points that can be redeemed for credits to be applied to future rentals. The E-Z Money program will allow you to save money on future rentals with E-Z Rent-A-Car.

Second, enrolling in the E-Z Money program will give you access to your own complimentary E-Z Money tracking page that makes it easier for you to make new reservations as well as keep track your future reservations and past contracts with E-Z Rent-A-Car.

The E-Z Money tracking page is used by E-Z Money members to track and monitor (future) pending reservations, (past) closed contracts, and (current) E-Z Money points. The E-Z Money tracking page is complimentary with your free enrollment into the E-Z Money program. Members can make new reservations, edit or cancel existing reservations, and redeem E-Z Money points from their E-Z Money tracking page.

E-Z Money members can also store their customer information in the E-Z Money tracking page. This will help to speed up the reservation process, because E-Z Money members will not need to retype this information each time they make a reservation.

To register for an E-Z Money account, please follow the link below and complete the E-Z Money enrollment form.

Enroll in the E-Z Money program.

There are two places that you can login to your E-Z Money tracking page.

1. The most convenient place to login to your E-Z Money tracking page is on the home page of http://www.e-zrentacar.com.
   • Complete the login form by entering the email address that is registered to your E-Z Money account and your password.
   • Click on the "Log In" button.
   
   
2. The second place to login to your E-Z Money tracking page on the E-Z Money page of www.e-zrentacar.com.
   • When you are on the E-Z Rent-A-Car website, let your mouse hover over the Programs option of the main menu which runs horizontally across the upper portion of your screen.
   • Select the E-Z Money option from the menu.
   • Complete the E-Z Money login form by entering the email address that is registered to your E-Z Money account and your password.
   • Click on the "Log In" button.

2. Click on the "Make a Reservation" button on the left side of your screen.



3. On the next page:
   • Select the Rent From and Return To Location(s).
   • Choose the Pick-Up Date and Time.
   • Choose the Return Date and Time.
   • Choose the Car Type.
   • Click the "Get Rate" button.


4. On the next page:
   • Verify that all rental information is correct.
   • Click the "Reserve this Car" button.


5. On the next page:
   • As an E-Z Money member, your information will be automatically filled in for you.
     • Make one final check to verify all information is correct.
     • Check the box next to "I agree to the Policies and Procedures". To view the Policies and Procedures of E-Z Rent-A-Car , click the link "Policies and Procedures".
   • Click the "Confirm Now" button.


6. On the next page:
   • The next page is your confirmation page.
     • Make one final check that your reservation information is correct.
     • It is recommended that you print this page and bring it with you to the rental counter.
     • To print the confirmation page, click the "Print This Confirmation" link in the "Helpful Links" section (only works if you have Javascript enabled on your Internet browser).
   • After you have printed the page, click the "Return to My E-Z Money" link in the "Helpful Links" section. Please note that once you leave the confirmation page, you will not be able to go back to it.
     • When you return to your E-Z Money tracking page, you will see that your new reservation is listed in the "Pending Reservations" list.
     • The confirmation number is a link that will allow you to View/Edit/Cancel a reservation.

1. Login to you E-Z Money tracking page.



2. Under the "Pending Reservation" list, click on the confirmation number for the reservation you would like View/Edit/Cancel.



3. Click the "Edit Customer Information" button to change your phone number, address, etc. (Please note that this will only change your information for this reservation. To change your customer information permanently, please click the "Edit Your Customer Info" link on the left-hand side of your E-Z Money tracking page.)



4. Click the "Edit Reservation" button to change vehicle class, locations, dates, or times.
   • Please note that if you change the vehicle class, pick up location, drop off location, dates, or times, your rate may change.
   • When you edit a reservation, the process is very similar to making a new reservation. Please note: You will receive a new confirmation number.
   • Please note that if you are editing a reservation on which you have redeemed an E-Z Money Credit, your E-Z Money Credit will not transfer to the new confirmation number.


5. Click the "Cancel Reservation" button to cancel your reservation.
   • On the next screen, click the "Yes" Button to cancel your reservation.
   • On the next screen, click the "Return to E-Z Money" link to return to your E-Z Money tracking page.

There are three steps to earning E-Z Money points.

1. Make a reservation from your E-Z Money tracking page.
2. Pick up and return the vehicle at E-Z Rent-A-Car.
3. After the vehicle has been returned to E-Z Rent-A-Car, E-Z Money points will post to your account within seven days.

It may take up to seven days after the rental vehicle has been returned to E-Z Rent-A-Car for your E-Z Money points to post to your account.

To use your E-Z Money points:

1. Login to your account.
2. Select your E-Z Money Credit from the drop down menu near the bottom of your E-Z Money tracking page.
3. Click the "Make Reservation" Button next to the drop down menu.
4. The next screen will prompt you to confirm that you would like to use your E-Z Money points. Click the "Yes" button to use your points. Click the "Cancel" button if you do not wish to use your E-Z Money points.
5. Continue to make a reservation as usual.
6. Your E-Z Money points will be deducted from your E-Z Money account when confirm the reservation with E-Z Rent-A-Car and receive a confirmation number for your reservation.

Yes. Cancel the reservation using your E-Z Money tracking page, and your E-Z Money points will automatically be added back to your E-Z Money account.

E-Z Money credits are the dollar amount that can be used on your next rental. E-Z Money points determine whether you are eligible for E-Z Money credits.

Customer Information is both Renter Information and your Rental & Account Preferences that can be stored on your E-Z Money tracking page to help speed up your reservation process at ezrac.com as well as the rental time once you arrive at the E-Z Rent-A-Car location.

Storing your customer information will save you time during both the reservation process and the rental process. During the reservation process, you will save time because you will not have to enter/type your customer information every time you make a reservation. During the rental process, you will save time at the rental counter because the E-Z Rent-A-Car rental agent will not have to enter your customer information into the rental agreement because it will already be the system from the reservation.

No, E-Z Money points can be redeemed year round at all E-Z Rent-A-Car locations.

Reservations must be made at ezrac.com after logging into your E-Z Money tracking page in order to qualify for E-Z Money points.

No, E-Z Money points will not be awarded for the rental made at the time you enrolled in the E-Z Money program.
