- We do offer a free shuttle service 24 hours a day. The shuttle will pick you up from John F Kennedy Airport
- On the day of your rental please call 20 minutes prior to your rental pickup time (855)-550-0008 to notify us of your arrival and we will be right there.
- Please look for the Park Plus and Drivo rent-a-car shuttle vans.
- Terminal 1: Exit terminal, make a right and stand between the green passenger pick-up signs. DO NOT CROSS STREET!
Terminal 2: Exit Terminal, cross to first island and stand at green passenger pick-up sign to your right.
Terminal 3: Proceed to passenger pick-up D. Exit terminal, stand at passenger pick-up to your right.
Terminal 4: Exit terminal, Cross to the center island and stand at passenger pick-up #D
Terminal 5: Exit Terminal, go right and stand at passenger pick-up #4
Terminal 7: Exit terminal, stand in front of terminal at curb, do not cross street!
Terminal 8: Exit Terminal, Cross to center island, go far left and stand at passenger pick-up #A

- This location does not participate in E-Z Money.
- After hours you can drop off keys with Park Plus representative. No additional charge for after hour drop offs. However customer is responsible for vehicles condition and any damage till vehicle checked in by Drivo Representative next morning.
