Pickup/Shuttle Information
Look for the Budapest Airport Minibus Shuttle Service. From "Budapest Ferihegy Airport" free airport shuttle to our (EZRAC partner) office, located "Hotel Ferihegy".
Please look for the "Budapest Airport Minibus Shuttle Service desk": http://www.airportshuttle.hu/en_terminal_terkepek.php at the airport. Present the customer's name and ask for a free transfer to our office, located "Hotel Ferihegy".
Local Policies
This location does not participate in EZ Money.
All renters must be at least 21 years old.
After hours pickup allowed at a charge of $20 / hour.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and No Show
- Reservations are held for two hours after scheduled pickup time, unless the location is notified.

INSURANCE
CDW
- Rental rates include CDW, except where rules are violated, in amounts from $300 - $2500 depending on vehicle class.
SLI
- All vehicles in Hungary are automatically covered for Legal Liability, Third Party and Public Liability, as required by law. This is always included in the rental price.

RULES
Deposit
- When entering into the contract, the Renter shall place a deposit with the Lessor, consisting of the deposit determined for the rented car and of the expected rental fee. The Renter shall be responsible for the damage occurring to the car and not paid by any other person with the amount of the deposit. In the event of damage occurring through the Renter’s own fault, the deposit shall be the basis of calculation of the full damages (driving under the influence of alcohol, improper use, intentional damage) suffered by the Lessor and not covered by the insurance company. The Renter acknowledges that the Lessor may retain the deposit until its damage is fully paid or may satisfy its damage claim from it. If the Renter returns the car to the Lessor as prescribed herein and fully pays the amount indicated on the invoice issued, the Lessor shall repay the deposit at the expiry of the rental contract.
Modifications
- We hold the ability to change these posted policies and procedures at any time.
Underage
- Rentals are accepted by those aged 21 - 85. No additional surcharge for underage renters (typically under 25), but no rentals allowed to 18 - 20 year olds.

TAXES/FEES
Disclaimer
- Only those taxes and fees which appear in the estimated total of the reservation and/or the rental agreement are applicable for a specific location. The base rate of the rental is guaranteed for the dates and times of the reservation, but taxes and fees may be changed by a governing authority prior to arrival at the rental counter. Any changes to the taxes and/or fees will be shown on the rental agreement at the opening of the rental agreement. Adding additional optional charges such as upgrades, GPS rentals, etc. at the rental counter may effect the amounts of the applicable taxes and fees.
