CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and No Show
- Reservations are automatically cancelled after 2 hours of expected arrival time during off-season.
- Reservations are automatically cancelled after 1 hour of expected arrival time during peak-season.

Baby Seat
- Baby seats are available upon request at the time of the rental for a charge of $7.00 per day.

GAS
Fuel Options
- The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel that with which it was received.
- There will be a $10 charge for every 1/8 of a tank of fuel returned less than the pickup amount.

Mileage Cap
- Unlimited mileage is allowed for every rental.

INSURANCE
CDW
- Collision Damage Waiver is available for cars (Economy through Fullsize) for $12.00 per day and there is a $500 deductible.
- Collision Damage Waiver is available for larger vehicles for $15.00 per day and there is a $1000 deductible.
SLI
- Liability Insurance is required by the governing authority.
- All vehicles must have must have a minimum third party insurance.
- Personal Accident Insurance is offered at $5.00 per day or $30.00 per week.

RESERVATIONS
Confirmation Number
- Your confirmation number is the number that you are given once your reservation has been confirmed. This number can be used to gain access to your reservation information, including your rates, or your rental information once you have picked up the vehicle.
Guarantee
- Your reservation guarantees a car at the rate, date and time that you reserved it for. It does not guarantee a specific make and model of a vehicle, nor can it guarantee a reservation for another date.

Underage
- Underage renters (aged 21 years old to 24 years old) will be assessed an additional charge of $10.00 per day.

TAXES/FEES
Disclaimer
- Only those taxes and fees which appear in the estimated total of the reservation and/or the rental agreement are applicable for a specific location. The base rate of the rental is guaranteed for the dates and times of the reservation, but taxes and fees may be changed by a governing authority prior to arrival at the rental counter. Any changes to the taxes and/or fees will be shown on the rental agreement at the opening of the rental agreement. Adding additional optional charges such as upgrades, GPS rentals, etc. at the rental counter may effect the amounts of the applicable taxes and fees.
Sales Tax
- This is the sales tax for the state, county and city fees.
