Pickup/Shuttle Information
Upon arrival at terminal 1, follow off airport car rental signs and take elevator to ground floor to garage.
Follow signs to car rental booth. Call from courtesy phone or call toll free, 1-877-574-2644.
Upon arrival at terminal 3, please call 1-877-674-2644 and proceed to C18 car rental booth for off airport car rentals.
Local Policies
This is an affiliate location, Transcanada Car Rental.
This location rents to 21 and up, with an additional surcharge of 14.95/day for under 25.
Renter must provide proof of full coverage insurance to decline rental car insurance at rental counter.
This location does not participate in EZ Money.
Additional driver fee $9.95/day . Additional driver must meet same conditions as primary driver.

Cancellations and No Show
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to pickup time.

DEBIT CARDS
Using Debit Cards
- Debit Cards displaying the MasterCard or Visa logo are accepted as payment at the time of rental.
Debit Cards without a Master Card or Visa logo are not accepted at the time of rental but may be used to pay for the rental upon return.

EQUIPMENT
Baby Seat
- Child safety seat rentals are available upon request at the rental counter for $8 per day.
GPS
- GPS rentals are available upon request at the rental counter for $10 per day.

GAS
Fuel Options
- Customers may purchase fuel at the time of rental and bring the car back empty.
- If the customer brings the vehicle back with less fuel with which it was rented and did not purchase the pre-paid fuel, extra charges my apply.

GEOGRAPHIC
Geographical Limitations
- Cars traveling to the United States will be charged a Border Crossing Fee of $8.95 per day.
Mileage Cap
- Renters are provided unlimited mileage if the vehicle stays in the Province in which it was rented.
- If the vehicle is traveling outside that specified Province, a mileage restriction of 200 km / day will be applied, with extra km charged at .20 per km.
- Max 4000 km on any rental.

INSURANCE
CDW
- Every vehicle must be covered for collision.
- Customers may bring in proof of valid collision insurance on rental cars in Canada if declining coverage.
- CDW coverage is available for $24.95 to $29.95 per day depending upon the vehicle and deductible chosen.
SLI
- Liability Insurance is required by the Province. Customers may bring proof of transferrable liability insurance on rental cars to decline coverage.
- Liability coverage is available for $8.95 per day.

RESERVATIONS
Confirmation Number
- Your confirmation number is the number that you are given once your reservation has been confirmed. This number can be used to gain access to your reservation information, including your rates, or your rental information once you have picked up the vehicle.
Guarantee
- We always endeavour to fulfill all customer requests for specific vehicle types or models, but due to the nature of vehicle rentals, Transcanada Car Rental reserves the right to change vehicle types or classes without warning or notification. These changes are at the discretion of Transcanada Car Rental staff and are without compensation or adjustment.

RULES
Deposit
- The estimated amount of the rental plus an additional amount of $500.00 will be assessed against your credit card at the time of rental. These funds will no longer be available for your immediate use.
Modifications
- We hold the ability to change these posted policies and procedures at any time.
One Way Rentals
- One Way available for drop in Montreal. Drop fee $175.00 CAD.
Underage
- Underage rentals are available to those 21 - 24 years old at a surcharge of $14.95 per day.

TAXES/FEES
Disclaimer
- Only those taxes and fees which appear in the estimated total of the reservation and/or the rental agreement are applicable for a specific location. The base rate of the rental is guaranteed for the dates and times of the reservation, but taxes and fees may be changed by a governing authority prior to arrival at the rental counter. Any changes to the taxes and/or fees will be shown on the rental agreement at the opening of the rental agreement. Adding additional optional charges such as upgrades, GPS rentals, etc. at the rental counter may effect the amounts of the applicable taxes and fees.
