Pickup/Shuttle Information
Pickup with our affiliate Garmack Car Rentals.
Please call 876 920-1119 or 876 331 7180 upon arrival for shuttle pickup.
Customers will be met by a representative with or without a sign at the airport arrival area.
Shuttle service for pickups and dropoffs are permitted within a 5 mile radius for no charge.
Local Policies
After hours dropoff is allowed. Please contact a representative to setup.
Clients can be met at airport by prior arrangement for dropoff.
This location does not participate in EZ Money.
A deposit of $800 - $1200 USD will be required at the time of pickup.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and No Show
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
- Reservations are held for 2-3 hours after the estimated arrival date and time.

EQUIPMENT
Baby Seat
- Baby Seats are available upon request at the time of the rental for an additional charge of $5.00 per day.
Mobile Phones
- Mobile / cell phones are available for rent upon request at the time of the rental for an additional charge of $3.00 per day.

GAS
Fuel Options
- The rental car is provided with 1/2 - 3/4 tank of gas. A full tank can be supplied upon request.
- The rental vehicle is to be returned with the same amount as received. Any shortfall will be paid for by the customer at the existing local prices.

INSURANCE
CDW
- Collision Damage Waiver is mandatory for all rentals.
- CDW is available for smaller cars at a rate of $10.00 per day and there is a $800.00 deductible.
- CDW is available for larger cars at a rate of $14.00 per day and there is a $1200.00 deductible.
- CDW is 10-20% higher for underage renters.

ONE WAY
Drop Charge
- One way rentals are allowed between locations in Jamaica.
- There is a $40.00 charge each way for inter-city drop off outside of the given 5 mile radius.

- Cash Rentals are accepted.
- For cash rentals, a valid ID is required for payments not exceeding $1500.00.

RESERVATIONS
Confirmation Number
- Your confirmation number is the number that you are given once your reservation has been confirmed. This number can be used to gain access to your reservation information, including your rates, or your rental information once you have picked up the vehicle.
Guarantee
- Your reservation guarantees a car at the rate, date and time that you reserved it for. It does not guarantee a specific make and model of a vehicle, nor can it guarantee a reservation for another date.

RULES
Additional Driver
- Additional drivers must qualify in the same manner as the primary driver.
- Additional drivers are charged an additional $4 per person per day.
Deposit
- A deposit of $800 - $1200 USD will be required at the time of pickup.
Modifications
- We hold the ability to change these posted policies and procedures at any time.
Underage
- Renters aged 21 years old to 24 years old will be subject to an additional charge of $10 per day.

TAXES/FEES
Disclaimer
- Only those taxes and fees which appear in the estimated total of the reservation and/or the rental agreement are applicable for a specific location. The base rate of the rental is guaranteed for the dates and times of the reservation, but taxes and fees may be changed by a governing authority prior to arrival at the rental counter. Any changes to the taxes and/or fees will be shown on the rental agreement at the opening of the rental agreement. Adding additional optional charges such as upgrades, GPS rentals, etc. at the rental counter may effect the amounts of the applicable taxes and fees.
Sales Tax
- This is the sales tax for the state, county and city fees.
