Shuttle service goes ever 15 minutes to the airport arrivals gate.
For reservations with full flight information, a representative will be waiting with a sign.

GPS Units are available for rent at the counter for $8.00 per day.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and No Show
- Reservations are considered a no-show and canceled three hours after the stated pickup date and time.
- Please cancel all reservations 72 hours ahead of time during low season (April 15th through December 14th) and at least one week during high season (December 15th through April 14th).

Baby Seat
- Baby seats are available upon request for $3 per day on a first come first serve basis.

- Mobile phones are available upon request for $4 per day on a first come first serve basis.

GAS
Fuel Options
- The rental car is delivered with a full tank of gas. It must be returned full as well. A penalty of $15 per 1/8 of gas will be charged.

Mileage Cap
- Unlimited mileage for all rentals as long as the vehicle stays in Costa Rica.

INSURANCE
CDW
- CDW is available for purchase for all rentals for $3.00 per day
- To decline CDW, the renter must utilize a US or Canadian credit card that covers the insurance.
SLI
- SLI / PAI is available for purchase for all rentals for $3.00 per day
- To decline SLI (which is required by the country), the renter must utilize a US or Canadian credit card that covers the insurance.

RESERVATIONS
Confirmation Number
- Your confirmation number is the number that you are given once your reservation has been confirmed. This number can be used to gain access to your reservation information, including your rates, or your rental information once you have picked up the vehicle.
Guarantee
- Your reservation guarantees a car at the rate, date and time that you reserved it for. It does not guarantee a specific make and model of a vehicle, nor can it guarantee a reservation for another date.

TAXES/FEES
Disclaimer
- Only those taxes and fees which appear in the estimated total of the reservation and/or the rental agreement are applicable for a specific location. The base rate of the rental is guaranteed for the dates and times of the reservation, but taxes and fees may be changed by a governing authority prior to arrival at the rental counter. Any changes to the taxes and/or fees will be shown on the rental agreement at the opening of the rental agreement. Adding additional optional charges such as upgrades, GPS rentals, etc. at the rental counter may effect the amounts of the applicable taxes and fees.
Sales Tax
- This is the sales tax for the state, county and city fees.
VLRF
- Vehicle License Recoupment Fee - This is a fee for the recoupment of vehicle licensing fees that we pay.
