This location does not participate in E-Z Money.
After hours pickup is allowed for an additional fee of $75. Prior notice is required.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and No Show
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All other cancellations are subject to a one day charge.

GAS
Fuel Options
- All rentals must be returned with a full tank of fuel or with the same amount as provided at pickup. Vehicles driven less than 75 miles must present a fuel receipt. The rental office is located next to a gas station for your conveinence.

GEOGRAPHIC
Geographical Limitations
- Renters cannot take the vehicle outside of California without prior and written consent from the rental office.
- Vehicles are allowed into Mexico, but are required to purchase Mexican insurance from $25 per day and $10 per day surcharge for crossing the border.
Mileage Cap
- Primary and alternate drivers must present a return airline ticket to receive unlimited mileage.
- Renters without return airline tickets and all local renters are allowed 200 miles per day and $0.25 per mile thereafter.

INSURANCE
Accepting Coverage
- Coverage accepted at the time of pick up cannot be removed from the rental agreement unless the renter returns to the rental counter, has the vehicle checked by the car rental staff and signs for the coverage to be removed.
CDW
- CDW coverage is not required.
- CDW is available from $9 per day to $19.99 per day.
Declining Coverage
- The renter will be solely responsible for the vehicle itself and any third party claims made against it.
- Please check with your insurance agent for more information about your state coverage requirements as they compare with the state that you are traveling to.
SLI
- Liability insurance is required by the State up to the State minimum.

LOCAL RENTERS
Local Renters
- Local Renters are those who do not have a return airline ticket are a subject to a mileage restriction of 200 miles per day and $0.25 per mile thereafter.

Other Payment Types
- Pre paid debit cards are not accepted.
- Debit cards must have funds of at least $250 plus the amount of the rental available.
- Debit card users will be charged a one time fee of $5.00.

RESERVATIONS
Confirmation Number
- Your confirmation number is the number that you are given once your reservation has been confirmed. This number can be used to gain access to your reservation information, including your rates, or your rental information once you have picked up the vehicle.
Guarantee
- Your reservation guarantees a car at the rate, date and time that you reserved it for. It does not guarantee a specific make and model of a vehicle, nor can it guarantee a reservation for another date.

- You can also call our reservation center at 407-352-3131.
Rates Offered
- We offer weekly and daily rates. The shortest amount of time that a vehicle can be rented for is 1 day. We do not offer hourly or weekend rates at this time.

RULES
Additional Driver
- Additional drivers are subject to an additional fee of $10 per day.
Drivers License
- The renter must have in his/her immediate possession a valid and current driver license issued by his/her respective department of motor vehicles. In order for the license to be valid, it must pass the following:
- The license must not be expired.
- The license must match the renter who is renting the vehicle.
- If the license uses a P.O. Box as an address, a physical address must be supplied upon renting the vehicle.
- The name on the driver license must match exactly the imprinted name on the credit card.
Modifications
- We hold the ability to change these posted policies and procedures at any time.
Out of Country Renters
- Out of country renters, those without a US and Canadian issued drivers license, must pay a $5 per day fee.
Underage
- For drivers aged 21 - 24 at the time of pickup, an additional underage fee of $15 per day will be applied.

TAXES/FEES
Airport Access Fee
- This fee is what we pay to the airport for airport access fees.
Disclaimer
- Only those taxes and fees which appear in the estimated total of the reservation and/or the rental agreement are applicable for a specific location. The base rate of the rental is guaranteed for the dates and times of the reservation, but taxes and fees may be changed by a governing authority prior to arrival at the rental counter. Any changes to the taxes and/or fees will be shown on the rental agreement at the opening of the rental agreement. Adding additional optional charges such as upgrades, GPS rentals, etc. at the rental counter may effect the amounts of the applicable taxes and fees.
Sales Tax
- This is the sales tax for the state, county and city fees.
