CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and No Show
You can cancel your reservation online or by calling us, you will just need your confirmaiton number.
There is no charge to cancel your reservation.

Returning the vehicle with less than the amount of fuel than was received will result in a charge per gallon double the current market value.

Driving throughout Mexico is allowed, but the vehicle cannot cross into other countries.

INSURANCE
Accepting Coverage
There are different kinds of insurance that protect you in different ways. Please ask for clarification on the specific insurance at the rental counter. Accident Liability Insurance (ALI) is required with all rentals at a rate of $11 USD per day. All other insurance coverage is optional.
Some of the other coverages offered include: Loss Damage Waiver and Personal Accident Insurance.

ONE WAY
Drop Charge
- This fee is assessed for renting a car at one rental location and returning it to a different rental location.
- The cost of this fee varies depending on drop location and time of year.

PAYMENT
Credit Cards Accepted
Credit cards are required to rent a vehicle.
The following credit card types are accepted:
- American Express
- MasterCard
- Visa

RESERVATIONS
Confirmation Number
- Your confirmation number is the number that you are given once your reservation has been confirmed. This number can be used to gain access to your reservation information, including your rates, or your rental information once you have picked up the vehicle.
Delivery
Vehicles can be delivered to local hotels and other places, but cannot be delivered to home/business addresses, please contact the location directly to set up delivery.
Guarantee
- Your reservation guarantees a car at the rate, date and time that you reserved it for. It does not guarantee a specific make and model of a vehicle, nor can it guarantee a reservation for another date.
Min and Max Rental Length
- The maximum rental length is 28 days, while the minimum rental length is 1 day. Rates are calculated based on a 24 hour clock, once this clock has gone past the 24 hour period, another day will be charged.
Rates Offered
- We offer weekly and daily rates. The shortest amount of time that a vehicle can be rented for is 1 day. We do not offer hourly or weekend rates at this time.

RULES
Additional Driver
Any person applying to be listed as an additional driver on a qualified rental agreement must have a valid driver license and must be 25 years old.
Deposit
A deposit of at least 10% of the value of the rental car is required on the credit card used to rent the vehicle.
Drivers License
A valid driving license is required to rent a vehicle. You can use your the driver license from your country as long as it has a photo.
Modifications
- We hold the ability to change these posted policies and procedures at any time.
Underage
Underage renters between the age of 21 and 24 are permitted to rent a vehicle. The underage fee is $20 USD per day.

TAXES/FEES
Disclaimer
- Only those taxes and fees which appear in the estimated total of the reservation and/or the rental agreement are applicable for a specific location. The base rate of the rental is guaranteed for the dates and times of the reservation, but taxes and fees may be changed by a governing authority prior to arrival at the rental counter. Any changes to the taxes and/or fees will be shown on the rental agreement at the opening of the rental agreement. Adding additional optional charges such as upgrades, GPS rentals, etc. at the rental counter may effect the amounts of the applicable taxes and fees.
Sales Tax
- This is the sales tax for the state, county and city fees.
