How does the Cash Back Rewards Program work?

For every reservation made online by any driver listed within your Cash Back Rewards account,
you will earn 3% cash back on the Time and Mileage for that contract.
The reservation is tracked when it is made through your landing page and is then updated once the vehicle has been picked up and returned.
You can follow the progress of the reservation and contract on your landing page.

How do I redeem my Cash Back Rewards?
|
First, log into your account as the main contact (please note that all of the drivers can log in as well,
but do not have the ability to request payouts and complete other tasks).
If your account has at least ten closed contracts yet to be paid, the Request Payout button will be active.
Simply click this button and an email will be sent to the E-Z Rent-A-Car staff.
You will then see the status of the contracts change to Requested.
Your Cash Back Rewards check, once validated, will be in the mail within 3 business days.

3.
How long will it take to receive my Cash Back Rewards check?
|
You must have at least ten closed rental contracts before you can request a Cash Back Rewards check.
Once you have made this request, an employee of E-Z Rent-A-Car will receive and process your request.
Your check will be sent to you within 3 business days.

4.
How is my Cash Back Rewards calculated?
|
Once a reservation is made online through your landing page, it is recorded in your account.
However, Cash Back Rewards are not calculated until the reservation has been picked up,
returned to the rental location and become a closed contract.
At that point, Cash Back Rewards are calculated by taking 3% of the Time and Mileage, which is the Base Rate for the vehicle.
Note that taxes, fees, surcharges or any other incrementals including coverage and underage fees are not included in this calculation.

Where do I find my Cash Back Rewards total?
|
Your total will be displayed on the landing page. It will be broken down into three different categories.
The first amount displayed is the amount that has not been requested for a payout, or the Outstanding Balance.
The second amount is the amount that has been requested, but has yet to be processed and validated into a check, or the Pending Balance. The third amount is the amount that has been paid, or the Paid Balance. You can also view the information concerning your payout on your landing page.

For new rentals, when can I expect to see the Cash Back Rewards in my account?
|
Picked up and returned contracts, or closed contracts, usually appear on your landing page the day after they have been returned,
but may take as long as three days to appear.

7.
Will I be able to directly apply my rewards to future reservations online?
|
At this point, Cash Back Rewards are only redeemable through a check.
If you are interested in applying your earnings towards future rentals, visit our E-Z Money program,
which is designed for individual renters.

8.
How do I earn Cash Back Rewards and/or make a reservation?
|
You must log in to your account using your member number and password.
Once you have reached your landing page, choose the driver from your Cash Back Rewards account to make a reservation for on the
left hand side. Next, click the Go! button. This will begin the reservation process.
Select the city, date and time of both your pickup and dropoff and click Get Rate.
Choose the vehicle that you would like to reserve and Click Reserve This Vehicle.
You will then see your driver's information already displayed on the confirmation page.
Make sure that everything is correct and click on the Confirm button.
Please note: only reservations made through this process will be counted towards the Cash Back rewards.

How do I know my reservations will be included in the Cash Back Rewards?
|
Once you make your reservation, check your landing page to make sure that that reservation appears in your account.
If you believe that a reservation was made and not included in your account, email us here.

10.
Can counter agents or E-Z phone agents redeem or add reservations or rewards to my account?
|
Although the call center agents (1-800-277-5171) can assist you in making a reservation,
the reservation must be made through your landing page and therefore through our website.
These agents cannot add, edit or redeem your information.

11.
Can I apply previous reservations towards my Cash Back Rewards?
|
No, only reservations made from the point of becoming a member of Cash Back Rewards with
E-Z Rent-A-Car will count towards your Cash Back Rewards.

12.
How do I make a reservation for pickup in terminal at the Orlando International Airport?
|
Visit our affiliate company L&M Car Rental.
Your Cash Back Rewards information is stored there as well, so you can follow the same process as you would for E-Z Rent-A-Car.

13.
Can I transfer my Cash Back rewards to another person or company?
|
Cash Back will be paid to the contact person listed for the corporation/group.
However, if you wish the reward to be paid to someone else, simply edit your company information.

15.
On what can I earn Cash Back Rewards?
|
Cash Back Rewards is only applicable to the Time and Mileage of the actual contract that has been picked up and returned.
This means the base rate of the contract will be applied towards Cash Back Rewards.
Any taxes, fees, surcharges or other incrementals such as coverage or underage fees will not be counted to your Cash Back Rewards.

16.
What else is included with a membership to Cash Back Rewards?
|
Members receive the following discounts and privileges; a lower underage fee ($10.00 per day),
no additional driver fees ($5.00 per day per additional driver) and our guaranteed lowest rates.
Also, the contact person can chose to keep a credit card and/or insurance on file for the use of the eligible drivers in the Cash Back Rewards account.

Do I receive a discounted rate?
|
Cash Back Rewards rates are the same as the already discounted website rates,
meaning that in addition to all of the inclusions of this program, the members receive the guaranteed lowest rates.
On top of that, members are entilted to earn 3% of the money spent as Cash Back Rewards.

18.
Why didn't I receive an email when I signed up?
|
This could have happened for a couple of reasons.
First, make sure that your spam blocker will allow an email from the following address, [email protected].
Second, make sure that you have enough room in your account to accomodate for a 400 kb Microsoft Word document.
Finally, make sure that you entered the correct email address.

- The purpose of the Cash Back Rewards enrollment is to provide E-Z Rent-A-Car/L&M Car Rental information regarding future rentals at all E-Z Rent-A-Car/L&M Car Rental, rental locations. All information provided by me is true and correct.
- E-Z Rent-A-Car/L&M Car Rental, in its sole discretion, may elect not to accept my offer for enrollment without explanation to me; If E-Z Rent-A-Car/L&M Car Rental has accepted my offer notice will be provided to me of such acceptance.
- I understand that only rentals that I have made a reservation for, online, in my account, at least 24 hours prior to check in will be included in the Cash Back Rewards program. This will include any eligible drivers I have included in my enrollment form. Reservation must be made online through my landing page at our website at www.e-zrentacar.com.
- Individual Participants: I understand that a valid credit card and driver's license will be required at the time of pick up for verification. Debit cards will only be accepted at the close of the contract. I understand that all contracts must be paid in full before I can receive any benefits. I also understand that if I have any questions or disputes regarding pricing or service I will contact E-Z Rent-A-Car/L&M Car Rental customer service to resolve at 1-407-888-0510.
- Corporate or Large Group Participants: I understand that my corporation or large group may utilize the option of storing a credit card on file by filling out the form for Corporate or Large Group Credit Card Information Form and obtaining an imprint of the credit card that is to be used for a rental contracts eligible in the Cash Back Rewards program. I understand that I will notify E-Z Rent-A-Car/L&M Car Rental at once if my credit card(s) listed are lost, stolen, become invalid or used without my permission. Because of the nature of this option, I understand the urgency of this obligation. I understand that all contracts must be paid in full before I can receive any benefits. I also understand that if I have any questions or disputes regarding pricing or service I will contact E-Z Rent-A-Car/L&M Car Rental customer service to resolve at 1-407-888-0510.
- I understand that I have the option of providing my own insurance to be kept on file for all rentals or choosing insurance provided by E-Z Rent-A-Car/L&M Car Rental for the regular fee. The insurances offered are Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), or Limited Protection Coverage (LPC).
- I understand that after I have 10 eligible contracts I can choose to request 3% cash back on the time and mileage expense only from each contract. This request must be submitted online in my account and will be based on time and mileage only. Time is the base rate for the rental contract and mileage is the additional mileage that you may occur during a rental. Taxes, fees, surcharges, and any other incremental charges will not be included in the Cash Back Rewards program. Payouts are made upon request through our website at www.e-zrentacar.com.
- All applications, reservations and rentals are subject to final auditing and validation before payouts will be made.
- All earnings must be collected in the form of payouts within two years from the enrollment start date.
- Any additional drivers must sign and present a valid drivers license at the time of rental.
- I understand that if I fail to pay any charges or fees for any Cash Back Rewards rental or otherwise fail to fully abide with the rules and conditions, or provide inaccurate information, that E-Z Rent-A-Car/L&M Car Rental may cancel or suspend my Cash Back Rewards membership at any time, without notice to me. I may terminate my membership at any time by notifying E-Z Rent-A-Car/L&M Car Rental in writing.
- I understand the Cash Back Rewards program and all rights, title and interest in and to the Cash Back Rewards service mark is the exclusive property of E-Z Rent-A-Car/L&M Car Rental. Additionally by my membership in the Cash Back Rewards program I do not obtain any interest in the program or the name.
- The Cash Back Rewards program shall be void and of no force and effect where prohibited or restricted by applicable laws, rules and regulations.
- Cash Back Rewards program does not apply to Puerto Rico locations.
- Cash Back Rewards are earned after ten rental cars are returned correctly to an E-Z Rent-A-Car/L&M Car Rental location and the contracts for ten rental agreements are completely paid in full. If this is not met, or if the contracts are subject to credit card disputes, those contracts will no longer be eligible for this program. If any contracts included in the Cash Back Rewards program paid cash back to me and later I dispute with the Credit Card Company or bank resulting in a debit to E-Z Rent-A-Car/L&M Car Rentals then my Cash Back Rewards will be immediately terminated.
- E-Z Rent-A-Car/L&M Car Rental employees at the rental location and reservation center cannot add earnings or make adjustments. All questions and adjustments must be sent via e-mail to [email protected].
- E-Z Rent-A-Car/L&M Car Rental employees, its affiliates, sub contracted personnel or any family members of above mentioned are not eligible to enroll in the Cash Back Rewards program.
- Policies, procedures, terms, rules and conditions are subject to amendment or change at any given time by E-Z Rent-A-Car/L&M Car Rental.
- I understand that unless otherwise notified, my membership may be cancelled after two years of inactivity.
- I have received, read, understood and agreed to the rules, terms and conditions of the E-Z Rent-A-Car/L&M Car Rental Cash Back Rewards, which pertain to my membership in the Cash Back Rewards program wherever service is available. My enrollment form, together with the following Cash Back Rewards rules and conditions constitutes my agreement with respect to my enrollment with the Cash Back Rewards program.
