What if I made a reservation and want to upgrade once I get to the location?
When arriving at the rental location, ask the E-Z Rent A Car representative at the rental counter about the availability of an upgrade. If an upgrade is available, E-Z Rent A Car representatives who are trained to help you find the rental vehicle which will best fit your needs.
How do I view / edit / cancel my existing E-Z Rent A Car Reservation?
Search for your E-Z Rent A Car Reservation using your confirmation number, last name and email address. It may be possible that if you made your reservation elsewhere, you will have to visit the original source of your reservation to make changes or to cancel. If you cannot remember your confirmation number, please call our Rental Car Reservations Toll Free Line at 1-800-277-5171.
