Anchorage Pickup/Shuttle Information
  1. If arriving at the airport proceed to the baggage claim and call our local or toll free number for instructions on where to be picked up
  2. Free shuttle provided anywhere in the Anchorage Bowl except when arriving at the Anchorage International Airport. If picked up from the Anchorage International Airport an 8% Airport Access Fee will be applied. A free shuttle is provided on the return trip back to the airport. Anchorage Local Policies
  1. This location does not participate in EZ Money.
  2. Shuttle service is provided to anywhere in the Anchorage bowl.
  3. After hours drop is allowed, please speak to the customer service representive to setup the drop off.
  4. Unlimited mileage is allowed within a 400 mile radius. For anything beyond this, please speak with the customer service representative.
  5. During peak summer time frames we can only hold vehicle for one hour after pickup time on reservation
  6. We are the only Anchorage car rental company that accepts Debit Cards!
  7. We offer optional studded tires for a small fee. Ask at the rental counter.
  8. During high season Anchorage location is open from 6:00 am to 1:30 am everyday
  9. This location does allow for off-road driving on unpaved roads except for Dalton Hwy.
